As a requirement, all members of T2 must enroll and pass a series of courses to better understand the customer service and technical support side of the business. Following one of the hardest, most challenging, and yet most rewarding years of my career, I was promoted to Senior Technical Support Engineer at Symbotic. This role allows me to take on more responsibility, leading shifts, and help mentor new hires - while still being able to work with the advanced automation systems I love.
In order to better understand the networking side of my job at Symbotic, I enrolled in several course to learn the fundamentals of networking. Thus, becoming more efficent at work, and helping me troubleshoot issues not only at my full time job, but customizing my home network and side projects like volunteering at church as well.
In order to become more proficient in my role at Symbotic, I enrolled in a PLC programming course to learn Rockwell's Studio 5000 software. This will allow me to better understand the systems I work with daily, and help me to troubleshoot automation issues more effectively.
In the interest of always bettering myself, bought a Canon EOS RP and started a Pixieset under my LLC to take photography of different types and activities. From Ohio, Tennessee, and Florida - or everywhere in between, check out my account. Always open to tips and tricks to get better at my craft!
