It's Dogstagram! Simply put, it's an endless stream of dog photos via an API (called The Dog API) made to feel like a very limited functionality version of Instagram. Hypothetically, all of the data you see should be completely random and infinite. All usernames and photos are fictious people who have been randomly generated by the Random User API. Don't overthink it, just enjoy it!
